Проблемы подростков - LOOK AT TEENAGE PROBLEMS: SCHOOL EDUCATION

Цели урока:

1. Совершенствование навыков изучающего чтения по теме «Проблемы подростков».

2. Развитие навыков устной речи по теме «Мои проблемы».

3. Тренировка навыков грамматики.

Оборудование: грамматическое задание на карточках по количеству учащихся.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

— Good afternoon, boys and girls. It’s a lovely day today, isn’t it?

— How are you?

— Who is absent?

— Who is on duty today?

— Who can tell me what day it is today?

— We shall have a talk about teenage problems and find out if you have some problems or not.

II. Фонетическая разминка

— And now it’s time to practise some English words. We shall remember the English sounds and learn to read some words. Open your textbooks, page 90, exercise 131. Listen to the words and read them aloud. Work in pairs and read the words to each other.

Учитель организует выполнение упр. 131, стр. 90 из учебника. Ученики произносят слова хором и индивидуально, читают их в парах и по одному. Учитель обращает внимание учащихся на правила чтения определенных буквосочетаний, приведенных в данном упражнении.

III. Речевая разминка

— Now I want you to answer my questions. Are you ready to start?

Учитель предлагает ученикам ответить на вопросы, в которых содержатся конструкции сложного дополнения. Необходимо побуждать учащихся давать развернутые ответы на вопросы учителя.

Примерные вопросы:

— Do you want your friend to be kind to you?

— Do you want your classmates to laugh at old people?

— Does your teacher want you to do the homework every day?

— Do you expect your friend to be devoted to you?

— Does your mother expect you to come home at ten o’clock?

— Would you like our country to develop?

— Would your parents like you to be a dentist?

— Would you like the pupils of our school to wear a uniform? Etc.

IV. Тренировка грамматических навыков

— Now I want you to find the mistakes in the sentences. You will read them one by one and correct the mistakes.

Учитель предлагает учащимся выполнить следующее задание: прочитать предложения и исправить ошибки в них. По усмотрению учителя данное задание выполняется устно или письменно.

Примерное задание на карточках:

1. We would like the trade between our countries developing.

2. The doctor want Jane to open her mouth.

3. I want never her to be selfish.

4. Nick expects she to help him.

5. Would they like Kate sing at the party?

6. I didn’t want him smoking.

7. We doesn’t want father to go to the shop.

8. They don’t never expect him to tell lies.

Keys:

V. Физкультминутка

— Let’s read the poem and do some exercises. Will you stand up?

Can you hop like a rabbit?

Can you jump like a frog?

Can you walk like a duck?

Can you run like a dog?

Can you fly like a bird?

Can you swim like a fish?

Can you be like a good child As still as you wish?

VI. Совершенствование навыков изучающего чтения

— Do you like to read youth magazines? What magazines do you like to read? What is your favourite magazine? Look at the page of Youth Magazine in your textbooks, page 89. What sort of information is given on the page? Use the word combinations from exercise 125, page 89 and answer the question from the task. Let’s read the letters from this magazine. They are in exercise 126, page 89. Read them to yourself and answer the questions from the task.

Учитель организует чтение текстов из упр. 126, стр. 89 из учебника. Письма из данного упражнения читаются детьми про себя. Задание для учащихся — ответить на вопросы перед текстами. Время самостоятельного чтения — 3 минуты. После прочтения всех писем ученики высказывают свое мнение по вопросам. В качестве предтекстового задания учениками выполняется упр. 125, стр. 89.

VII. Развитие навыков устной речи по теме «Мои проблемы»

— As you see, teenagers usually have the same problems. You will work in pairs and discuss the problems with your partner. Who is ready to share the ideas?

Учитель предлагает детям разделиться на пары для выполнения упр. 127, стр. 89 из учебника. Во время работы в парах ученики по очереди представляют свои мини-рассказы по теме «Мои проблемы» с опорой на содержание и лексический материал из предыдущего упражнения. В конце урока рассказы 4—6 учеников заслушиваются перед классом.

Примерный рассказ:

I don’t think that somebody can help me. My parents don’t give me enough pocket money. If I have pocket money, I spend it very quickly. I am sure that many teenagers have the same problem. My father doesn’t let me work because he thinks that I will be tired. My mother says that if I get the job I won’t do my homework. Everybody has to have money, and parents must understand this by giving money to their children.

VIII. Подведение итогов урока

— Our lesson is over. The bell has gone. Good-bye, boys and girls.

Учитель объясняет домашнее задание и прощается с детьми.
