Контрольные срезы - Урок 3 - ROBOTS OF THE FUTURE - CIVILISATION AND PROGRESS

(Данные уроки отводятся на подготовку и проведение контрольных срезов по различным видам деятельности с использованием заданий из рабочей тетради № 2 «Контрольные работы» М. З. Биболетовой, Е. Е. Бабушис (с. 33—47), а также проектной работы по теме «Climate change» по плану из рабочей тетради № 1 (с. 82—95). По усмотрению учителя часть уроков может быть использована для проведения тематических мероприятий по изученным темам.)

Вариант урока 7 6. Экология (игра «Сто к одному»)

Цели: обобщить изученный материал по теме «Экология»; усовершенствовать навыки устной речи; закрепить лексические навыки по данной теме.

Оборудование: карточки с ответами и очками или карточки с рисунками; призы, сделанные самими учениками; колокольчики для двух команд.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

Good morning, boys and girls! Today we’ll play the game “One hundred to one”. We have got two teams: “Good Eaters” and “Nature Lovers”. Представьтесь, пожалуйста.

(Капитан представляет всех игроков: «His name is...» и т. д.) Внимательно слушаем правила игры. От каждой команды выходит один участник и отвечает на вопрос. Право ответа будет у той команды, которая назовет верхнюю строчку.

Let’s start. The topic of our game is “Ecology”. Listen to the rules attentively. I want one pupil from each team to go to the blackboard. The simple game! First participants, come here, please! Listen to the question and ring the bell.

II. Простая игра

VIII. Большая игра

Let’s play the final game.

Один игрок выходит из класса, второй отвечает на вопросы. Затем первый игрок возвращается и отвечает на те же вопросы. Повторяться нельзя — в этом случае команда громко хлопает, и нужно сказать что-то другое. Вместе оба участника игры должны набрать 200 очков. Каждому дается 30 секунд.

Вариант урока 77. Известные люди (игра «Звездный час»)

Цели: активизировать материал по теме «Известные люди»; развить аудитивные, грамматические и лексические навыки и интерес учащихся к изучению английского языка.

Оборудование: 10 кубиков (на каждой грани кубика написаны английские буквы); таблички с номерами от 1 до 5 по количеству участников; таблица для проведения третьего тура; жетоны; наборы карточек для игры «Найди слова» по количеству участников.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент

Good morning, boys and girls! I am glad to see you.

Say “Hello!”

And clap your hands!

Don’t say “No!”

And, please, say “Yes!”

— How are you, children?

I am glad to see you. I am sure you are fine. Today we shall play the game “The star hour”. Our topic is “Famous people”. Let’s remember what different people are famous for.

(Учитель объясняет правила игры: в ней принимают участие 6—8 учеников. Для проверки и оценки заданий выбирается жюри в составе 3—4 человек. Выполняя задания различных туров, участники игры за правильные ответы получают звездочки. Победителем игры считается тот, кто набрал наибольшее количество очков — звездочек.)

II. Первый тур

I want you to listen to my stories. I shall describe different writers. You can see their names and the numbers of them on the blackboard and you will use the cards with the numbers on your desks.

(Учитель зачитывает небольшие рассказы — описания известных писателей. Ученик, прослушав рассказ, поднимает табличку с номером, под которым записано имя известного человека. Если ответ учащегося правильный, то он получает звездочку. По окончании первого тура ученик, у которого оказалось наименьшее количество звездочек, выбывает из игры.)

Примерные рассказы:

A) He was born in London. He wrote a lot of poems for his son and about him. Some of the poems became very popular songs. In 1926 he published his book which is very famous now.

B) This person was born in 1876 in San Francisco. He was a son of a farmer. His family was very poor, so he had to leave school to make money. He worked as a sailor, a newspaper seller and a factory worker. He wrote his first book in 1898. He lived in Alaska for some years and wrote 152 stories about the North.

C) This writer lived in the state Missouri on the banks of the Mississippi. He began to work at the age of 12. He became famous in 1865. His real name was Samuel Langhorn Clemens, but he is best known by his professional name. He was a short story writer and the greatest American humorist.

D) He was born in Oak Park, in Illinois, in 1899. His books “The Old Man and the Sea”, “The Sun Also Rises” and “A Farewell to Arms” were made into films. He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1954. As a hunter, fisherman, boxer, soldier, war correspondent, and an author, this writer led an active life. He wrote six novels and more than 50 short stories.

E) This writer didn’t go to school and got education at home. This person took part in the war of 1914. The writer began to write detective stories in 1920 and became famous in 1926. This person wrote 68 novels and more than a hundred stories.

III. Второй тур

The next task for you is to make up the long word using the following letters. You will have 2 minutes to do the task. If you have the longest word, you will get a “star”.

(Учащимся предлагается следующее задание: составить длинное слово из букв на кубиках. Для того чтобы определить, какие буквы ученики могут использовать, учитель рассыпает кубики на столе. Для составления слова участники игры могут использовать буквы, которые расположены на верхних гранях кубиков. Время выполнения задания — 2 минуты. Затем ученики зачитывают слова. Обладатель самого длинного слова получает звездочку, обладатель самого короткого — выбывает из игры.)

IV. Третий тур

Look at the blackboard, please. You can see a table on it. You’ll have to complete the table with the names of famous people. We shall check up the task in 3 minutes.

(Учитель обращает внимание учащихся на таблицу, заранее вывешенную на доске. В течение 3 минут ученики записывают имена известных людей в строчки таблицы, а затем сдают свои листочки на проверку жюри. При оценивании работы учитывается количество имен, а также разнообразие представленных стран. Ученики, победившие в данном туре, — награждаются звездочками, а учащиеся, записавшие наименьшее количество имен, выбывают из игры.)

(Во то время как жюри проверяет письменное задание, учитель проводит игру со зрителями.)

V. Игра со зрителями

(Учитель предлагает зрителям назвать известных людей своего родного города (села, края, республики). За каждый правильный ответ ученик получает один жетон. В конце игры подводятся итоги, и ученик, набравший большее количество жетонов, получает одну звезду, которую он может отдать одному из участников игры «Звездный час».)

VI. Четвертый тур. Игра «Найди слова»

(Каждый ученик получает набор карточек для игры «Найди слова». На карточках написаны части слов. Задание для учащихся — найти все слова, соединив их части. Участник, выполнивший задание последним, выбывает из игры.)

За 2 минуты ученики, которые вышли в финал, составляют слова из букв, входящих в данное словосочетание, затем по очереди называют свои варианты. Каждое слово можно использовать только один раз. Выигрывает ученик, который назвал слово последним.)

VIII. Подведение итогов

So, you can see that the winner of our game is N ick. Now it is his “star hour”. Let’s listen to him. Thank you for the game. See you next week.

(По окончании игры победитель получает право выступить с речью в течение 1—2 минут. Затем учитель организует награждение участников игры.)
